2010 Lexus LS600h dashboard leather deformed/shrinked by the sun
I bought the car in this condition. Probably the sun melted the gule first then destroyed the leather too. It's definitely smaller then it should. I wanna try with Lexus as the car was serviced by them till 430.000 (kms). There's is 459.000 on the clock now so i can say car was mostly serviced by them. I'm hoping they'll replace it at least with some discount. Is there any chance to that? I have consider removing the dashboard if they quoting me some horrible price. Is there anyone who removed the dash before? I would appreciate a full guide 😃

You have over 250k miles.....there is zero chance they are going to help you with that. Find a good upholstery shop near you with examples of dashes they have done and if you like the quality of work have them do yours.
Expect at least $3000

Yeah unfortunately that happens with leather dashboards over time unless you really work hard to protect them. Lexus isn't going to offer any relief there.
