If the brakes feel OK and no odd sounds, drive home and to dealer carefully. The lights are a warning that something is amiss and OBD codes will tell the dealer what's up. Good luck with diagnosis. Please share when you know more.

Only 28,906 miles.. what year is the car? I hope it's nothing major - that brings back memories of my 2010 LS when the brake actuator failed.

2010
Got home safe, took my time on side roads.
Friend of mine is a mechanic and suggested a ton of options to look for hoping it isn't any worst.

It's likely done, get the revised part/kit from Lexus to ensure you get a 100% new unit. Use ESI6 fluid this time around, it's much better at preventing failure and was developed for these types of systems

Had that on my previous 2007 at around 40,000 miles, went to the Toyota dealer ( close to me ) they cleared the codes and nothing came after that....

Um im lost, I started car up, battery a little slow left it on a few minutes to restart it immediately and heard a light thump sound and lights turned off... coincidence maybe

Haven't gotten around to bringing it to Lexus or a closer option Toyota. My cheap data link connector doesn't pick up any codes either...
Fun

Intermittent issues are the toughest to diagnose. Get it to someone who can read Lexus codes and go from there. Brake issues aren't something to take lightly.
