It's likely done, get the revised part/kit from Lexus to ensure you get a 100% new unit. Use ESI6 fluid this time around, it's much better at preventing failure and was developed for these types of systems
Um im lost, I started car up, battery a little slow left it on a few minutes to restart it immediately and heard a light thump sound and lights turned off... coincidence maybe
Haven't gotten around to bringing it to Lexus or a closer option Toyota. My cheap data link connector doesn't pick up any codes either...

Intermittent issues are the toughest to diagnose. Get it to someone who can read Lexus codes and go from there. Brake issues aren't something to take lightly.
