What is a possible problem with my 2007 LS 460L hesitating to start on 2 tries after refueling. I’ve had this car for a year now and have never faced this issue. Also a few days ago the check engine light came on and picture of the car swerving came on also. What could it be?

You need to provide error codes thrown by the ECU, otherwise, it is a mission impossible.

I'd be checking fuel rail pressure and pressure hold.

I have this issue I call it HOT starting. If I restart my LS after shutting down before 15 minutes I get that horrible over crank sound. When I refuel I keep my car running because I pay at the pump.
The engine hits a hot point after shutting down because the coolant and oil stop circulating and the motor is still HOT after combustion.
My situation to remedy this problem ive gotten use to letting it idle for 2-3 mins after parking, if I know I'm coming back out quickly. Once the motor is off for more than 30 min it usually does not HOT start.

It’s always good to check the gas cap fit especially after refueling and I checked mine but it didn’t help with the issue.

Gas cap o-rings can and do go bad. The gas tank is supposed to be pressurized and there are sensors to detect it. A new cap and a few hundred miles for the computer to "learn" again might be part of the issue. One can look at diagnostic numbers on Techstream or simply buy a new cap.
The codes 0441 and 0445 are evap system codes. The cap is part of this.

Glad you changed the cap. Now it's time to see what is causing the two evaporate system codes. Get to a shop with proper software to find the exact issue. Because it happens when you release fuel tank pressure but not again until you open the cap again, it has to do with this system. Code C1201 can be brake pedal switch malfunction(among other things). Make sure it's seated properly and the connector is snug.
