The previous owner changed the air shocks and installed conventional shocks. The front of the car is lower than it should be. Is there a kit or a way to level the car after conventional shock installation?

 

Since it's spring height that needs to be adjusted, you need to install a longer spring or look at spring kits for a spacer. If you can tell the brand of springs in current use, go to their web site. Likely to require full disassembly and then a 4 wheel alignment.
