After installing 2013 + main lower control arm that connects to the strut a month ago ride quality from the front suspension seems to have degraded. Over potholes I now get a new jarring feeling and bumps transmit to inside the cabin like never before is the updated 2013+ lower control arm really that much stiffer or is something else broken?


2012 ls 460 base 18 inch wheels 47k miles

The updated control arm gives the same ride quality as the original. Have you gone back to the shop that did the work for further diagnosis?
1-could be installed incorrectly
2-could be a defective part
3-could be a low quality aftermarket part
4-could be other worn components creating the issue
