I changed the plugs on my 2010 LS 460L right at the 60,000 mile mark. I am now about to turn 100,000 miles. When we changed them at 60,000 they still looked great. Now that I am out of emissions warranty I will not change until I have a 100,000 miles on them.

I changed mine at 150k only because I had just bought the car. But they had not been changed and they didn't look bad. I noticed no difference in driving it.

Update - I ended up getting my plugs changed using OEM Denso Iridium plugs. When my mechanic pulled the plugs, they looked fine, and I've driven about 500 miles since the change. I haven't noticed any difference in gas mileage or performance. But I guess I am still under emissions warranty :-)
Don't know what to make of the whole thing, but it was expensive. About $100 for the plugs and $250 for labor.
I feel fine with it 🤷♂️
