Any good recommendations for upgrading headlights on a '12 LS 460?
The lights are ok at night, but don't know if that's a function of time for a new bulb or just 10 years ago wasn't as good of tech as today (or both!) :-D
Is there an OEM upgrade from the base headlights?

Did you decide to buy this car? Try the special interest forums. If there are, they will be expensive, requiring headlight assembly and possibly grill and bumper modifications. Just recalling some threads in my less than perfect memory, do a search here. I believe that the led does give better lighting. But stock is very good. I wouldn't do this to a CPO until warranty was over.

If you have the halogen bulb there is a direct replacement available in LED.
The problem with halogen is they don't go any brighter than 4200k.and hard to find also.
I bought some LED for my high beams and they are 6000k. My model has the HID low beams and halogen high beams.
HID are 6000k rated and I wanted the same for high beams and that was the only alternative.
I got mine on flea bay for 23 bucks but they are single element. You will need dual element which may cost a bit more.
The brand is called Chusyyray. I think from South Korea. You have to be careful on wattage or you can fry electronics in your car.
My cars rated for 65 watts on high beams and alot of them are way higher wattage's so be careful.
They usually have an option to choose your car make to verify fitment. These are direct fit and no need for any other parts they just plug right in as the old ones do.
