Front Turn signal out, dealer quoted $3200
#2
Retail in USA is $2323.00 plus labor for the part number you supplied. An alternative is used from Ebay and find someone besides dealer to do the work. I'd also get a second opinion as some dealers are quick to replace parts without an in depth diagnosis. Flickering could be a poor connection somewhere. Edit: OP originally said flickering, now edited to "stopped working".

Hey guys,
Just have a question, my front right turn signal decided to stop working and dealer quoted me just over $3200 for a headlight assembly and said they just cant fix just the bulb but requires the whole headlight to be replaced. This seems odd and wondering if anyone else experienced this and if there is a way to just replace the turn signal on the headlight assemblies of a 2013+ Lexus LS. If this seems to be poor engineering if that is the case and wondering everyones thoughts on this. Part number i got quoted was 81145-50740 if anyone was curious.
Thanks everyone!

Are there any issues with the DRL? If it's dimmer than the other side and/or flickering, it just may need replacing. There's a recent thread or two on this, if you use search to find.

The individual lights look like they are riveted into the housing. Ideally, you'd drill those rivets out and find a smashed collision headlight assembly that you could rob the lighting element from, and pop rivet the donor lighting units into your old housing. Probably the lighting elements aren't even R vs L handed.

To change the bulb (if that's the only problem), take it to a body shop. They will remove the bumper cover and the headlight assembly and replace the bulb. They can also polish the lenses and clear coat them to look good as new.
