Hello my fellow Lexus owners, so I work as a sales and service advisor at complete auto care center and I get amazing discounts, so that said it was time for my first oil change.

I was thinking of driving to Walmart and get two Mobil1 5 quarts jugs but I felt lazy so tried it with the oil we use at work, The oil came out very clean and car started as quite and drives just as fine, I’ll keep an eye on the gas and see if this oil has effect on my gas mileage.

I used 9.1 QTS 0W-20 penzoil synthetic and penzoil filter part #165. The oil change light wasn’t on prior to service but it was saying coming soon, so why wait when I’m daily in a shop. That oil change cost a regular customer $165.00 which used to be $87 in 2017, inflation go figure!!! The best thing is that it cost me $39.00 with my employee price and the process was very simple even with the infamous oil filter housing have a broken tab.

So typical on these cars and Toyotas, there’s an upgrade metal part that I want to get.
over all a great car that I truly love every minute of driving.
