13 LS460 or 16 GS350
#2
I own a 13 ls460 and have driven a 15 gs350 for a week while waiting to pick up the former, after owning the 460 for a year if I had that choice today I would get the GS.
It's more fun to drive, handles a little better and there are more things like mods that are available for it. I think a GSF would be a fun car.
I find the 460 to be very reliable but the potential is there for some problems.

Try driving both. I was looking at the GS350 before I ended up with the LS, and the GS350 with the Luxury package is what I'd go for. The GS should cost less to maintain, but of course that depends on how much you drive it. I've had my 2011 LS 460 since December 2017, and have spent a total of $714.62 since then, including engine and cabin filters, and a new battery last year. It does need tires soon, so that'll be another $1k, I'm sure. Not bad, though.

Well, control arms are a wear item, so I know I'll have to do them eventually. That's ok, though...spending a few grand to keep the car in shape is fine when it's amortized over so many years. The brake actuator may never fail, but even if it does it's what, $2500? I had my 2010 Cadillac CTS for six years and spent $3,418.22 on it. So far, the LS is a lot cheaper to run.

My '13 Fsport was my wifes grocery getter/kid hauling machine until we recently swapped cars.
IF you select a LS w/ air suspension, check the service records to see if or when the struts were replaced. If they're on originals, depending on how many miles are on the odometer, I would DEEPLY take this into consideration. Unfortunately, it's not IF they go bad...WHEN they'll go bad is more realistic. my $.02

LS for me, the GS was too small and didn't have the same effortless power and control. There are also a bunch of other refinement issues with the GS vs LS and the suspension is not as effective but ultimately the lack of a V8 makes it not even an option in my eyes. GSF is far better
