Was it a private sale or you purchased the car from a dealer? If it was purchased from a dealer and it was not a 'as-is' sale, you should bring where you purchased and make them fix it. However, I am not sure if you have any consumer protection laws (on used car purchases) in your state.
It is a common for people to sell LS460 due to ABS error codes considering the price.

I remember now, you were told that it was a rotor problem...

I'd talk to a couple of Indy shops who do Japanese cars. Their rates may be better there. Also, some folks will buy used parts from low mileage wrecks. Lots of flood wrecks out there, use caution. BTW, estimates here were based on Blind Guesses of 1-2 items. You had much more than that once visually diagnosed. So, that's why it's costing much more.

To begin with it looks like you are getting hosed on that pricing, I'm not sure if this is the updated part but still......

Another example of why getting a prepurchase inspection is so important. Even if you buy from a dealer with a 30 day warranty. We are also here to learn and teach/share with others. So we can learn, was this a private sale, dealership or used reseller? Once these repairs are done, it's unlikely they will be needed again.
What is the miles on car? Air suspension? Create an account at drivers.lexus.com. Enter your VIN and then you can look at dealer services and repairs done. It doesn't tell all, but can be helpful. If it shows that the seller was aware of these issues, you may have a legal remedy. Posting a truthful/factual review on Yelp (if a retailer) will sometimes convince them to satisfy you. If a private sale, some careers and jobs have integrity requirements. If their employer, license bureau, etc. is notified, they may investigate the person. It's leverage for them to satisfy you or they risk an inquiry and job repercussions.

I purchased it at a dealer and the dealer said if it wasn’t broke they can’t fix it .My warranty kicked in!

Yes, you really need a second opinion here, preferably from an independent shop. It sounds like the dealer just wants to throw a bunch of parts at it hoping for a fix.

With trouble codes that get erased, they usually come back after less than 150 miles. If that's the case here, maybe the dealer was unaware. But, if you go to drivers.lexus.com and find a documentation of a needed repair that was declined by the owner of the car, you may have a case against the dealer.

At the beginning of COVID I had the "triangle of doom" lights on my LS460. The price out the door was under $2500. They replaced the accumulator and all of the brake fluid. They didn't need to replace the fuse box and what's up with that $1200 diagnosis? That pricing is downright insane. I'd take it to a Toyota dealer or a Lexus-focused independent shop and see what they say.

Warranty
I have a warranty that replaces the Brake actuator, accumulator and fuse block. The dealer said I need all three replaced but the warranty company said they are only willing to replace the accumulator and not the actuator or relay. The lexus dealership told the warranty company the actuator cannot be checked unless they have a good accumulator. The warranty company is sending an inspector to the lexus dealership to look at the vehicle. Is this normal? why isn't the warranty company not believing the lexus dealership about what needs to be repaired? Has anyone experienced this before ?

A warranty inspection here at the dealer seems quite reasonable.
