2013 ls not receiving all Sirius/XM channels
Radio not capable of receiving any channels past 223. There are a lot of channels in the 300's I would like to receive. Sirius blamed Lexus and said the software needed to be updated. Lexus said there were no software updates and blamed Sirius. My plan does include all the channels. Any suggestions? Or is the 2013 radio not capable of receiving those higher channels?

If there is no update, one of option is to go with an aftermarket XM receiver with Bluetooth which you can pair with your stereo.

Yeah, I use the app and connect via bluetooth. Not as convenient because the app doesnt work with steering wheel controls. Just weird the radio will only go to 223.

I'm guessing that XM didn't have channels past 223 in 2013. Makes sense that XM receivers can be updated but not other brands. That's unfortunate. But then we've also lost monthly telematics subscriptions on our cars as cell services have changed too. In a few years we may all only have 5g cell services, rendering all old phones useless. Progress...

I know this is an older thread, but I'm wondering if anybody ever found a way to get more than 225 ish channels. Just curious if there was ever an update or anything from the dealer that would allow more channels.
I just took a chance on their $5 per month trial to see how I like it. My initial impression is that the sound quality is better than it was 20 years ago when I last tried it.

Lexus advised it does not have an update to receibe the higher channels. A work around is, you can download the sirius/xm app on your phone and get all the channels via bluetooth connection.

Sorry, I was thinking map updates and that wouldn't help you.
It looks like the map update is still available for the gen7 navigation, it's usb but I'm not sure if it comes with an activation code. But again no help to you.
