Post ABS, VSC, Brake Malfunction LS460

Hi there,

After my Mercedes CL550 steering box died at the dealership (I tried to sell it to them), I decided to go for a Lexus LS460 from 2007. My dad had one back then and so I found a good one with 82k km (51k mi). There was a little bit of work to do like the front left strut, dashboard, new rotors, battery & polishing.
2 weeks after my purchase the disco went on: ABS, VSC, Brake malfunction and the brakes nearly did not work. After replacing the battery it was fine for couple of days, but then the same happened.
After reseting the engine it worked fine. No faults, no brake loss. Sometimes it appears again and sometimes not. I noticed after a longer distance it wont appear again. When I drive shorter distances like in the city, it appears more frequent. Reset engine and it's fine.

I already replaced the brakelight module at the Toyota Dealership and still the same.
Faults according to OBDII-scan: 1246 (Main cylinder pressure sensor / abnormal signal from master hydraulic sensor) & 1364 (pressure sensor / wheel cylinder pressure sensor)

Sometimes some peep tone comes up. Restart and it is all fine again, except for once, where it beeped when I hit the brake in order to start the engine. I waited 20 minutes to start it and drive back home safe.
When this happenes, I feel a pressure in the brake pedal and I just wait until it disappear. Then I know it is fine and work perfectly fine.

Toyota dealership in Poland (moved from Germany to Poland) did a 3 hour diagnosis and told me I have to replace the brake actuator and ABS pump for 24003,62 zloty. In real money it is 5100 € / 5270 $.
New part numbers are 44050-50110 & 47070-50040.

The guy had this fault once as well, when he drove from Poland to Denmark. He restarted the engine and it only appeared several months later after the car was not moving a lot. I checked the ABS pump at a lexus dealership and they told him that the pump is fine.
Hence I do not know if I have an electrical problem with the car or just have to replace those two parts.
I know this is a common problem with these models. I would buy OEM Parts from lexuspartsnow.com. This would cost me about 2k € including shipping costs.

I do not trust dealerships, therefore I wanted to ask my question here: Do I have to change those two parts or is there any other electrical problem maybe? I noticed no leaks and the brake fluid reservoir looks full.

It would be very nice if someone can give me some useful information on this behalf.
Thank you.
