It's for any types of cards (not just the Lexus dealer lol) you might want to store in your vehicle in handy reach. Parking lot tickets where you need to pay to get out, access cards for gates, etc.
I use it for parking lot ticket. I always know where it is when I leave to pay. It can also been seen from outside when the visor is flipped down. Such as a parking permit.
