hey guys - my parents have a 2020 LS500, how do I get Android Auto to work in this car? Do I need to buy a module? I tried searching but a lot of 2018 and 2019 info but I think 2020 has a different infotainment system.

I see, but can this dongle run Apple Car Play without Apple Car Play installed on the car?
here, in Europe, we can't install the upgrade users in the USA already had since 2018, mine is 2020, but the dealer says they can't install Apple Car play for reasons no one wants to explain

No, CP has to be installed on car for Dongle to work.

Is this ottocast really good? Have you had issues with it? Amazon shows it as a frequently returned item.

Mine still works fine. You do have to reset it from time to time.
