No wood on the steering wheel for base interior?

Default No wood on the steering wheel for base interior?
Did I see that correctly? I've already discussed my displeasure with the removal of the wood across the dash, but if I'm looking at it correctly, there is no wood on the steering wheel either unless you pay to upgrade the interior.

Is that correct?
