Hi, everyone. I’m having an issue with my 2018 LS500 ML entertainment system. I listen to music and podcasts via an iPod through the USB port in the consol. When I turn the ML on, I see the Media page and the album art (Gracenote), and I can select from the options on the left of the main screen. When I select BROWSE, I see additional options on the right including PLAYLISTS. When I go there, all of the Playlists are available. All functions work as they should while in Park. However, as soon as I put the car in gear, the album art disappears and the playlist function fails to work correctly and sometimes it decides what I should listen to. I verified that the iPod is not the problem by going through the same process in our 2015 LS. It works perfectly. The dealer has no clue (2 trips there) so I contacted Lexus Headquarters and was told that this is by design to make it safer. Does anyone know of this issue or a fix for it? Thanks.
