Default Gas pedal position and knee pain

Hi
so I got my brand new LS500 last month and this week I finally got to drive it out of the city and go on a road trip.

I had had an issue with weird position of gas pedal since day one. However now after taking the car on road trip and driving around 1000 miles I can confirm that the gas pedal position gives me knee pain. Really bad.

Im a healthy person, 184cm tall, and never experienced such a thing in any car before.

Has as anyone experienced the same thing?
I tried adjusting the seat but it’s not helpful. It’s more to do with position of the pedal and the weird shape of central console.

I love the car. Absolutely love it. Best value in the market and nothing competes. But the knee problem is no joke. Usually after few hours of driving I would get a pain that would disappear after walking for few minutes. Now today after driving for few hours, I’m finding myself limping!
