Thanks, did have the TSB performed and it didn't fix the problem, the technician even said it didn't work, they tried some other software update and it also didn't work. It says right on the work order that it was unsuccessful.

They did something wrong. Try a different shop.

Yeah I’ve owned Teslas for 5 years so I’m speaking from experience
