There is a TSB for that shift bump. I had it too, and the TSB fixed it. Tell your service rep to look again.
Thanks, did have the TSB performed and it didn't fix the problem, the technician even said it didn't work, they tried some other software update and it also didn't work. It says right on the work order that it was unsuccessful.

Avoid the Model X unless you live next door to a service centre (although they have worked out a lot of bugs on them you will absolutely need repairs a few times per year).
