2021 worth it over 2019?

Hello guys about to pull the trigger on used 2019 with 11k miles, but I am wondering if it is worth paying more for the 2021? I heard they tweak quite a few things to improve the comfort on the 2021 but is it noticeably better than the 2019?

In my opinions I would say no, I may be biased as I think the 18-19 looked better, I haven't heard many people state the newer model feels any better. The best thing to do it test drive both and see how they feel as I don't think the quality feels the same from the 2021 compared to the 18-19.

Agree. I have the 2018 LS 500, and have driven the 2021. Even though suspension updated and grill a bit revised, no difference in ride. The 2022 has some very minor changes due to digital rear mirror and the info screen is touch now and closer to driver. The 2020 hybrid has this as well as the semi-auto driving format. This hybrid not available till late spring 2022 and costs will be at the highest mark.

I disagree. I owned a 2020 before it was totalled in an accident. I now have a Eminent Pearl 2021. It rides better than the 2018-2020. Also, in my opinion the headlights look better. It's cleaner and looks more imposing. I love the LS500. People on a different thread like to complain about this car. I'm completely satisfied with my '21. If money is not an object the 21 is the way to go. For the record I'm 41 years old.

The 22 has even further improvements. Many seem to be aimed at improved reliability (LS rates disappointingly low in reliability according to consumer reports)

I respectfully agree to disagree. The air ride in my 2018 is superb without the run flats, but I do have a friend that owns a 2021 and the rear suspension tends to shutter less on large bumps upon acceleration (agree). But some state that the front of the 18 and 19 is far too bold, too galant, and way too expressive. The only reason the lights were redesigned was due to the fact that critics stated it was just too bold and aggressive? How can a car be too bold, aggressive, or even obtrusive?? That’s what makes it KILLER. Some say the front lights were taken from the little Lexus models. And compare them side by side, and indeed they were. Which is fine, if you want to blend in with the crowd. Am I speaking impartially? Maybe a little. I’m 48, going on 25. Fish yeah.

Michelin Primacy Tour A/S. Opinions will always vary, but did a ton of research, followed up with the LS owners that purchased them and posted in this website, and these were the best option. Costco had them cheapest at the time (availability varies by location). Discount Tire was a close second, after the military discount. Put them on there, then drive directly to your closest Lexus dealership and have them road-forced balanced. Would be a good time to do an all-wheel alignment too, if you haven’t had one in a while. The ride was COMPLETELY different, and took away any argument that the new LS has a terrible ride. Good luck.

I have the 21' F-Sport in the non-air suspension model with 22" Vossens... IMHO, the care rides completely different than stock on the run flats. I also run Continental DSW 06 Plus' for my rubbers...
