Post Need help picking an LS500 2020

Hello everyone
i am starting a new business ( Limousine service ) and so far i have two options available in the market
LS500 2020 \ 15K miles \ remaining warranty from a MB\Lexus dealership 66,000$$
LS500 2021 \ 7K miles \ CPO up to 6 years from Lexus 79,000
what do you think would be a good for this kind of business and better resale \ trade in value in the future

thank you

@ryanhair I approved your post this morning and replying so it gets bumped. Your post was sent into our automated filter since we strangely get a lot of 'limousine' spam threads here on the forum

It's not as nice a car, but if I were in your shoes I'd also be looking for a loaded latest ES300h hybrid model. Back seat is as large, 44 mpg will make a big difference for the type of mileage you will put on the vehicle and less expensive initial investment. Sad to say that many potential clients won't know the difference between the two models.

You could buy new for less than the prices of the LS you are looking at https://www.lexus.com/models/ES-hybrid

If I was you, I'd go with a new ES hybrid. That's because I traded in my LS500 for a new ES hybrid. The rear legroom is surprisingly not that much different. The ES is smoother at lower speeds and way more fuel efficient.

If you still want LS, I would say the newer one is the better one. Or go back to an older LS460, it's smoother and more reliable than the LS500.

In addition to being smoother and cost you less to fuel, the ES hybrid will also cost you less in maintenance and repairs in the long run (no turbos, no air suspension etc.). As an added bonus the ES comes with an actual spare tire whereas the LS500 has stiff run-flat tires so there is no spare and it rides a bit rougher than the LS.

More than half the miles + CPO + newer Gen (refresh) for $3k. Seems like a no brainer to me.
