I live in a state that doesn’t use front license plates. I just bought a Lexus Certified 2020 LS500 in Illinois, a front plate state. Is the front plate bracket hard to remove and will it mar the grille’s appearance if I take it off? I have spinal stenosis and prefer not to have to crawl around underneath the car or remove a lot of stuff just to get the bracket off.

 

Okay, it was just screwed into the black plastic behind the grille. Nothing to it at all. I guess I expected something more elaborate.
