1993 LS400 - Trying to wire my double din.
Hello guys,
I am new in the LS400 community. I previously owned 2 SC400s. The last 1 I had caught on fire so I decided to switch over and bought a 1993 LS400.
I previously have a double din from the SC that I'd like to install on the LS. After hours of searching for a wiring DIAGRAM, all I found is this:
Now, its not exactly a diagram. I am trying to splice wires from my headunit into the factory wires but I couldnt make it work. Is this possible? I manage to do this on my own in the SC as I found an actual wiring diagram but I cant find any for the 1993 LS.
I did find a diagram for the 1996, Is this the same?

Thank you guys for your help !

Although I don't have a double din, I would think you could use the same cheap little wiring harness I got for my single din. Plugs right into the stock harness and everything is labeled. Then you splice your headunits harness into it. Takes all of about 15-20 mins. With the harness I got, you can't use the factory amp though. When you do the harness, it's much easier to do it out of the car and then just go plug it in when your ready to install. I would never recommend cutting/splicing your factory harness even for a radio.

There are a couple options out there to make life much easier. With the beat sonic you can retain the factory sub. With the metra you will lose the factory sub. That is the one I used in mine and it sounds just fine.
