Quite a few members seem to run these as a beginner setup. As far as I'm aware, the wheels themselves are 18x8 with a +45 offset all around. Also, as everyone else stated before, the search feature would have come in handy as there's a bunch of threads along the lines of what you're looking for.

Completely stock suspension, 15mm eibach spacers on the front and nothing on the rear.

A word of caution, I had to cut down my front studs to allow the wheels to sit flush with the spacer

yep 15mm front and 25mm rear hubcentric spacers (60.1mm hub, 5x114.3 bolt pattern) should do the trick. That setup was completely flush on my 97 LS with 235/45/18 tires and nothing rubbed at all, even over large bumps like railroad tracks or doing lock-to-lock U-turns.
