Default Battery installed backwards.... (UCF20)

OKAY so last weekend I was installing yellow fogs and had to take my battery out to access the passenger side lights, and when I put everything back together I made the terrible mistake of putting my battery backwards.. Rookie move I know..
So now I have zero electrical feedback, and my car wont start over at all, the only thing that lights up is my seatbelt light. I replaced my 80a main cartridge fuse but still have the same issue... Im really hoping its just a fuse and not my ECU or something.. So I guess my question is which fuses would I check?
Im new to vehicles.. Im just starting my first year apprenticeship but still am not very knowledgeable, and any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

I did this exact same thing 6-7 years ago on my 91 Ls400. Good news, all you've done is blew some fuses. When I did it, my car crank up and that's all it did, I had zero lights working including a none working dash and no power steering. I got all my fuses from auto zone and in less than a hour my car was up and running perfectly fine, no damage was done.

Here's what you do, pop hood and look on driver side, there's a relay box open it and check all fuses. You can get the big color fuses from Auto Zone. Replace all blown fuses and you'll be fine.

Okay so my 120 ALT fuse is also blown, so I know I wont get any charging or anything like that, but could that fuse be also responsible for me not getting any electrical power or for my car not to turn over?
What would the main fuse be for running my electrical in my car?

Thanks in advance!

Okay perfect!! Is there a main fuse that I should check that would connect my electrical? My sunroof is still open and we got a solid 10cm of snow here in alberta last weekend and I needed to cover my roof with a towel

Inside the car, look under steering wheel close to the floor, there is a small fuse box to the left with all small fuses, check for any blown fuses. Look at the cover to see which fuse is which.
Hopefully one of the Lexus gurus can chime in and enlightened us.

Okay, thank you tons man its appreciated!
I checked the fuse box under my steering wheel and they all looked good, the only ones that blew were the 80a main fuse and the 120a ALT fuse as far as I know, ill take another look at the bigger main ones when im off work tonight!

You can manually crank the moon roof closed. Look in the owners manual.

I dont think you can manually crank the sunroof close without dismantling the inside of the car.
