The factory air bags suspension on our cars is going to fail sooner or later, from my observation, they fail around 120k miles or so.
So we eventually have to buy new struts, new from Lexus they are $1000 each.
This company rebuild them with brand new parts for $400 each. Currently they only offer it to the LS400, but they are working on offering it to the LS430.
I have been in constant contact with them telling them I will need it when they have it, they said if more people show interest on it, it will motivate the owner to work on it at a faster pace.
So call them to tell them you are interested so when our struts fail, we have cheaper aftermarket alternative.
I have no financial interest in this company, I am just an UL owner that will need new struts eventually.

I am planning to go aftermarket.
Either cheap way is to get Tein CS and say "bye-bye" to Air.
Or I will get some from this company. www.air-zenith.com
I talked to the president in person, and he can get a whole set for me for cheap.

If Bilstein make shocks for the LS430, I would so switch over to conventional shocks and springs, but they don't.
I don't like TEIN shocks, I had them before.
The only option I have with conventional shocks/springs is the OEM sport shocks, which is not bad, but not great either.
If I can buy rebuild OEM air struts for $400, that would be my choice. And I like the fact that I can lift up the car to change the oil.

I don't think I'll own my car that long As soon as the 3 years / 100k extended warranty is near, I would have sold the car. Next would be something fun like a SL63 or a Vanquish.

I would like the option, so I will be calling...
Anyone have experience with their rebuilds on an LS400 that can comment on quality and/or other feedback?
Thanks BNR34
