Needles are bad but circuit board is good for backlight starting. Everything lights up right away except rpm needle. All needles are out of calibration- however the other three do light up. Cluster comes with plastic lens. Unit is out of my 1990 LS400 with air suspension, ABS and traction control. Use the board out of this if it takes a few minutes or hours for your back light to turn on. Easy swap fix. Sell for $50 including shipping anywhere in the continental USA. Paypal is accepted. Thanks
