i overpaid for these headlights (off ebay), so my loss is your gain. i'm looking to get $275 shipped (paid $400 ).

yes, the bulbs are there. however, i never installed the lights, so i'm not sure if the bulbs work. given that the lights are used, the bulbs are most likely used as well, and thus the amount of hours they would last for is unknown.
