These are OEM with everything you need. They were from a 1999. No leaks Auto level still works. I have no use for the ballasts. These are a direct swap. Put your old Headlights on ebay

$300 without the ballasts. I also have a fabulous billit grille from Japan for a UCF20/21 for $450.
