i think it does, but in japanese. and probably it's telling you to take apart the wrong side of the car (difference between LHD and RHD). i could be wrong

For '01-'03, install is very easy. take about 6 bolts to take the glove box plus few more screws to take the wood panel above the glove box. Once the glove box is out of your way, plug and play.

I can do it in 10 min now.
