This is a electric fan kit I bought from l-extreme.com a year or two ago and never put on. I know that it comes with everything including all electricals and whatnot. I don't know much about it but I can promise that it comes with everything you need. I haven't even opened it yet. Power gains are 10-15hp if I remember correctly. WOW , now that is a steal for a bolt on kit.
I built my own and it ran me about $400 for the fan and controller.
