I'm not sure if it will, have heard of people making them fit, but I haven't seen it my self. You can always use the correct bag for the wheel.
I have a 2001 ls 430. the interior is the ivory color with ecru wood which is what your picture looks like. my trim codes are: C/tr 202/LK03 and a/tm a01a/a650e. My car has the volume, channel and display controls which I believe can be transfered to any steering wheel if it is the same compatable year, If you still have this steering wheel i am very interested please contact me.
