lexus fuel computer

i have last set(10units) of AD1 fuel computer for Lexus LS400. i have posted dyno results while back.
i'm letting it go for 250shipped anywhere in u.s. just post here if you are interested.

Can't the APEX-I SFAC be found (after some heavy searching) for the same price? Around $250?

how reliable can this ECU addon be? How does it affect the car in the long run.. its not always about power but whether how long your car can last you
