Junction Produce Kit for LS460

I have a brand new Junction Produce kit for LS460 (07-09) for sale. Kit is for front and rear bumper only and will include front LED. This was $4800 new...selling for $1500. Buyer cover for shipping. This is the only JP kit in the states.

Is this kit fiber glass? Do I have have to do any bodywork on it? How much does it coast to ship to TX. 78613

Since this is a full bumper kit, rather than a lip, I believe it's actually FRP. Nat's price is actually REALLY good for this kit considering the front bumper alone is ~$1,300ish.
