Waiting 6 weeks for Lexus shop to repair front brakes and replace wheel bearings. Yesterday told at least 3 more weeks before Lexus bearings available.
Anyone have advice for after market bearings and suitability. Car will be in shop for 2-3 months.

...coming from a Lexus or Toyota dealer?? If so, you can find the bearings online...e.g. Ebay or Amazon. Land Cruiser uses the same bearings on the front end. Front bearings are available all over. ![Egads!](https://www.clublexus.com/forums/images/smilies/pat.gif)
If it were my truck, I'd find another shop asap.

Amayama has the inner and outer front bearings. The complete hubs are reasonable as well. I didn't check Ebay probably a bunch of parts on there as well.

Isn't Timkin one of the suppliers? Usually one need not replace the bearings, only repack. I have yet to replace bearings at 214K miles. I also had a 86 4runner (sold it in 2009 w/ over 200K mi) and never replaced the bearings on that, either...only repacked.
