What are the best brake pads I can get for a '99 LX470?

Stick with Toyota pads.

I use Wagner Thermo Quiet pads, they work wonderfully, and leave absolutely no brake dust. I don't know the cost differences, but I'm sure the Wagner's are cheaper, with no performance loss.
