What were the significant changes for each model year on the LX 470?

What were the significant changes for each model year on the LX 470?
I know there were some changes made along the way; I’m just trying to figure out what years they were made and what model year the change was made. A few changes I know of are the 18” rims, wood steering wheel, 5-speed auto, but I don’t know when they were offered. If somebody could provide a breakdown of model year and the changes for me I would be very appreciative. Thanks.

Have the LX 470’s always had 4 wheel disk brakes?
Have the LX 470’s always come with GPS?

Check out the lexus site and look at the CPO model library http://www.lexus.com/cpo/model_library.html
They list the changes for each year. GPS is standard in 2002, an option in 01.
