Exhaust Tip

The exhaust tip on our 2003 LX470 has become rather brown and dingy. Would like to know if it is possible to buy some kind of chrome cover, or new tip for this. I'm not looking for any type of performance, merely a cosmetic enhancement. Anyone have experience with this? Thanks.
