Default greasing steering knuckles

I saw a small nut that was on the back side of the steering knuckle. Is that where I open up to put more grease in? I don't have a grease gun, can I use like a big siringe(sp?)?
Will Mobil 1 synthetic grease work? I see nothing about it being molybdenum -disulfide lithium based though.

Thanks,
Robert

The manual says what type of grease to use. I would say buy a grease gun there cheap, but get one with a flexible hose fitting, so you can get the grease in that hole . Good luck, its easy.
