Fellas,
I am looking into buying a class 3 hitch for my 99 LX-470 and i want a hitch where you only see the reciever and not the bar,any ideas ? Also can you guys please post picts of your hitches ?

I've seen quite a few hitches - but never one like you described for a LX.

You'll have to have one custom made if you want it to be a somewhat stealthy hitch.

i had an after market tow hitch put on just before summer....seems to work fine....and it is pretty much flush with the bumper, doesnt stick out like the OEM Lexus hitch...will take some pix when the sun come up.

Short of a custom hitch, hidden-hitches makes the most "stealth-like" hitches. Here's their product for your LX:

I have a draw-tite hitch on mine and have had no problems with it but it is not tucked-away as much as a hidden-hitch.
