I don't think it would work. Try a Google search on "LX470 supercharger" - I think TRD makes one which you should be able to get from a number of sources.

from what i've read the trd superchargers were available at one time but they have been discontinued now.
rather than spending too much to get more boost out of the lx, why not trade it in for another toyota truck with more hp.
even the gx470 has around 270hp now.

http://www.sosperf.com/SOS%20Superchargers.htm <-- They have a new supercharger system out for the Tundra/Sequoia. I'm assuming that it will work with the Lexus as well.

A TRD S/C designed for the 4.7 should physically work with the Lexus engine. You would need to get a custom computer to run it though. The folks at UniChip can help with that though. They have done lots of this sort of thing with these engines.

www.unichip.us <-- that is the unichip web site. Click the contact tab to get their contact info.

I would personally choose the SOS Procharger because it come with an intercooler. Then I would take give unichip a call and let them dial it in. Finally I would take the car to a shop and have the tranny beefed up to handle the extra power and shift better. Throw some headers on there and a less restrictive muffler while you are at it.
