Default GX on an LX?

Does anyone know if there are problems with putting the 17" GX470 wheels on a 97 LX450? The bolt patterns are the same but i've heard a rumor that there is a problem with caliper rubbing...is that true? Also does anyone know where I can get a pair of diamond crystal tails? Anything would help. Thanks!

I have not tried myself, but I've heard that it will not work. Might be due to the calipers. If so, it's most likely due to different backspacing between GX and LX rims.

That said, Tundra and Sequoia 17" rims will fit fine on the LX 450. Depending on the size of tire you choose, you won't likely have issues with tires rubbing.
