121k on my 99 Land Cruiser and it still runs flawlessly.
The only non maintanence issue I've had with the car is that starter contacts needed replacement.
Like others have said earlier, take your car to either a Toyota Dealer or Specialist to get the same service for less $$. I've found that most independent shops that don't specialize in Toyotas don't know very much about these cars.
I've done all of the maintenance work with the exception of Timing Belt/ Water Pump myself. I have found this car to be quite easy to work on with regard to fluid changes.
