I took my LX to a garbage dump. They weigh you in before and after you dump and then charge you by the weigh difference. Basicly i rolled up n told em i was just curious how much it actually weighed n the guy told me. I sopose you could stop at a weigh station on the highway too but the garbage dump was alot closer and there were no cops there to start asking me questions about my tint/lights and what ever else.
Hahah now thats funny, but hey why not..

I normally switch between the two middle modes.

I'd say
75% Middle right
20% Middle left
2% Comfort
3% Sport (When I'm in a hurry )

In Indiana the roads freeze/thaw too much so comfort all the time unless I'm on a nice smooth road and then sport.

Does Any One Driving The 2000 Lx470 Find It Too Much Of A Bumpy Ride? Also Does Your Lift Ever Jump Off Of Lock Position?

my 2000 isnt too bumpy and i ride on sport. When i flip it to comfort i feel like im almost sailing, when im in the LS i feel like im truely sailing on smooth as glass water.

Also your LX470 has a sensor that sends the suspension back to normal level after a certain speed, check ur manual for more information reguarding that.

And Welcome to Club Lexus!

Default Middle left.

For the better part of the time I'm on middle left. In Florida we don't have many hills or winding roads. But, if I find some turns I'm on sport.

Wow, some one just brought this poll out from the dead. Guess I found a poll that I haven't voted on, so here he's my vote for the BIG DOT.

I think that's for AHC, not AVS...

I'm the normal big dot, but frequently switch to full comfort & full sport. I'm an actively involved driver

Well, for AVS I voted middle to right because that's where I use the most, I assume it is computer modulated, so we can switch when we are driving and it won't hurt anything, right?

SC4Hundred that is the same exact reason I switch my avs when my vehicle is stopped and put on P.I hope wont it hurt anything because my nephew thats 8years old switched it agressively from the way left to the way right constantly. I scolded him for doing that(I think he needed it because he had already broke and jammed some parts of my LX ).

Two days ago I switched from BIG DOT to RIGHT of big dot. I am enjoying the ride so much more when on the open freeways. It isn't super-tight or too jarring, but seems to offer just a hint of a soft suspension and allows for good control.

That's what I use on the freeway also, especially when it's windy.
