I've seen similar JDM AHC units that allow one to adjust the front/rear height in 10mm increments while stopped or moving (about $450). I haven't seen the exact one in your link, though. I kind of like the Bernie Blanks one since it looks like it doesn't require a separate box/control. It looks like you just plug in an adapter from the signal entering/exiting the AHC ECU and it overrides the speed limitations imposed by the AHC ECU. I did run into a situation where it would have been great...descending a windy, mountain road (damping set to sport). If one could drop the height 2", it would probably make a noticeable difference in the cornering although you'd lose suspension uptravel (highway was smooth, anyways). OTOH, I can see why Toyota disabled it...probably didn't want someone to ask, "what does this do?" and put it into high just as your cornering fast.
