Where is the amp in the LX470?

Where is the amp in the LX470?
Can anyone tell me where it is located? And how easy is it to change out? Ours blew and I found one to replace myself, but wanted to find out if this is something I could do or not.

factory amp for the speakers? Well assuming the ML syst***s amp is mounted in the same place as my 2000 Nack amp was, its under the front passanger seat. 4 bolts and your there. Just make sure you tighten the seat bolts back down tight, dont want those things to start rattling and drive you crazy.
