Default Painting lower trim

Hello LX guys. I have a 99 and I hate the bottom tan. Has anyone in here had that painted to match? In my case, it will be painted black, I was hoping to see some pics and get a idea of cost.
Complete project, would be something to the tune of paint the bottom, add a rear spoiler, matchn the tint all the way around and add some clean 18/20. Cars only current mod is a Grill Gaurd (After a parkinglot hit and run mishap )

I have noticed there are only 7 wheels on Tirerack.com... anybody have any ideas for a clean wheel for the LX, plus size, but not extreme?

Also, gas milage sucks terribly! lol. Ah its all good, I will put some crude oil in my pocket while I am here in Iraq, lol.

The only trim paint job I've seen was a black/grey that was made solid black. Very sharp. There are a couple of threads on here talking about it.

One wheel I love on LXs is the MoMo Vantage. Don't see it too often, but it always catches my eye.

Here it is on a GX.

Very nice, that is exactly what I would like to do,the white LXs look so good solid. I am looking at a Iforged 20 - black with a chrome lip, but that MOMO wheel does look nice. I wonder what it set the guy back who did the lower trim.

Yep, I like it a lot also. I'm probably going to do the same, and strip-chrome my grill. I had a brush guard on my LX, but I never really liked it.

Well, my wife drives the LX. And... within 2 weeks thre was "trouble". It was $75 bucks installed, could pass it up. Where out in TX are you? - Do you think 20 black Iforged with Silver lip would look good on there? Or regular silver?

Thumbs up

Dont know of any body who had the bottom have of there LX painted but I do knoow of somebody who had the bottom half of their LS400 painted. I sure It would look absolutely perfect with the new paint job. It would look even newer. I thinking about gettings a 2002 LX and adding the 2006 grille HID kit and a Pair of 06 LEDs to the back It will look new but not be new.
