PIAA horns are exactly the same as your stock Lexus horn. PIAA and Lexus both use "Denso" horns.

Why dont you just not honk at people as much?

I personally would like to have the Dixie Horn from Dukes of Hazzard.

The LX horns are reportedly much louder than the LC horns. FWIW, there's one guy in NYC (not a LC/LX owner) who mounted train horns on his previa and encased it in a wooden box along with the compressor so no one would suspect what it is. I guess it's so if someone cuts him off and pisses him off, he can sneak up behind him and honk his horn?

theres a few guys in florida who drive around and honk train horns at people and video tape it. They did it to a cop too who pulled them over for a turn signal out. Man that cop jumped!

Airhorns dont bother people if they cut you off. I had them for a while and took them out because people in NYC area are imune to almost everything.

Look at the Stebel brand. It is an Italian company specializing in the automotive compact air horns. I have a 132dB version and it is extremely loud.

look for FIAMM horns. they're extremely inexpensive and have, IMO, a much better tone than the stock LX horns. They're pretty much a direct replacement, installation-wise, for the stock horns.
