When I went to Vegas I noticed the ride was very bumpy the suspension was in sport, so check that out, might have too change the AHC fluid to.

Do you feel a difference if the damping is set to sport or soft? Check the AHC fluid level. There should be a difference of 7 or more gradations between low and high (I think it's low and high). If not, your damping accumulators (the globes, one at each wheel under the running board rail) are shot. BTW, you can only use Toyota AHC fluid in the AHC, not brake fluid, not hydraulic fluid. If you have someone else do the maintenance on your vehicle, in many cases, they put the wrong fluid in there (wiper fluid, brake fluid) and that destroys the membrane in the globles over time. I wouldn't even trust a Toyota dealer working on AHC, as the LC didn't get AHC here until '06, and most techs have never worked on a LC.

Default Stiff bumpy ride cause and cure

Just joined the forum, saw your post. I think I have the cause and cure-

Bounce real hard on each corner and see if there is any suspension travel--probably not- which means the 4 shock accumulators are 'flat'

Please visit my website 'activesuspensionsystems.com' for lots more information on the cause and cure.

I have been selling replacement accumulators for over a year now for less than 1/2 dealer cost.

Easy DIY install. Much better life and warranty
